Kedai Makanan TiTi Yong Tau Foo - Sri Rampai

Kedai Makanan Titi Yong Tow Foo is located at Jalan 45/26, Sri Rampai, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur
GPS coordinates: 3.19516,101.732787

I was invited by our Sales Director to join the ASMs for dinner at this restaurant. We ordered seven dishes; deep fried tofu, kangkung belacan, curry fish, wu thow khau yok, butter prawns, baby French beans with salted eggs and squid cooked in spices and coconut milk.

Deep Fried Beancurd
The deep fried tofu is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. It;s tofu mixed with prawn paste and seasonings, served with special chilli sauce. Yummy.

Kangking Belacan
The kangkung belacan is fried with the right "wok hei" to retain it's crunchiness. Not too spicy. Great with white rice.

Curry Fish
The curry fish is cooked with lots of vegetable and coconut milk. Not too bad for taste, great with white rice.

Wu Thow Khau Yok
My favourite is the "wu thow khau yok". The pork is so tender and yummy. Thumbs up for this dish.

Butter Prawns
The butter prawns is also great. Could have been better if the prawns are a little bigger, easier to eat :) The dried buttery sauce is great with white rice but not good for the cholesterol.

Baby French Beans with Salted Egg
The star, "chi kok" for the night is the baby French beans with salted eggs. The baby French beans are crunchy and the salted eggs gives it the right saltiness and fragrance. Yum Yum.

Squid with Spices and Coconut Milk
The squid cooked with spices and coconut milk is nothing to shout about.

I really enjoyed dinner tonight, good food, reasonable prices and GREAT company.
